Fuji Dawn is a birthday celebration with our partners in Japan. A deep red colour and plenty of spicy notes from rye malt make this beer a representation of dawn over Mount Fuji. We've kept it classic with the hops and bumped up those citrus and piney resinous notes, coming from a moreish combination of Simcoe, Centennial and Columbus.
