With flavours of the Southern Hemisphere, Pinnacles Pale Ale is filled to the brim of hops from Australia and New Zealand. A grist of extra pale, dextrin, flaked oats and caramel aromatic provide a soft mouthfeel, we then whirlpooled with Rakau for a depth of apricot and stone fruits. The dry hop consists of Kohatu and Eclipse for flavours of orange, sweet mandarin and a delicious melody of tropical fruits.
