In 2019 we had the pleasure of spending some time with The Bruery's very own Sour Jesus, Jeremy Grinkey. We shared some very special beers and brewed a beer of our own to put to rest in Châteauneuf-du-Pape barrels. The barrels were innoculated with a strain brought over by the Bruery to make this collaboration come alive. The beer was then transferred to rest in a Pedro Ximenez sherry barrel. The final beer is well rounded with smooth vanilla notes, a distinct apple fruitiness and a clean finish. Contains sediment.
